Name	Description
DmMigrationEvent	Something a `DmMigrator` did, reported through `Log`.
DmMigrationException	Thrown when `ThrowOnBlocked` is set and a run left tables pending. The work the run did is saved; `Result` says what it was.
DmMigrationOptions	Configures a `DmMigrator`.
DmMigrationPlan	What a `DmMigrator` would do, worked out from the ledger and the models alone.
DmMigrationResult	What a migration run did.
DmMigrator	Keeps a database's tables in line with their models, reconciling only the tables whose model changed since they were last reconciled.
