Finds a key's owner.

Parameters ​

  • ownerId (string) - The owner's user id.
  • tenant (string) - The key's tenant, or null for none.
  • cancellationToken (CancellationToken) - The cancellation token.

Returns ​

Type: ValueTask<ClaimsPrincipal?>

The owner as they are now, in that tenant; null when they are gone, turned off, or no longer in it.
